Myself and a clan mate have both had Powerful Engrams drop below the power level of an existing item. For example, I have a chest piece at 518 and my "Powerful" engram reward dropped a chest piece at 517. I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this. If you have, please comment and like to bump it up so it can be seen by anyone at Bungie. Don't get me wrong... I know there are always going to be bugs etc, and I'm not worried about the grind... But this isn't how it should work imho. Cheers.
