Fun, useful, and badass Exotics
Create an exotic. Armor or weapon. It can be OP or balanced. Caters to PvE or PvP. It could be not so useful, but fun to play with Exotic...or hard to use, but so damn rewarding when used right Exotic.
. We as a community yell about how we want more fun and such Exotics. Why not pitch some ideas?

This is a revised version of an old one Ex: Outbreak Prime. (Wrath of the Machine Exotic) Everytime you get prescision kill SIVA-mites spawn....if those SIVA-mites kill something....more SIVA-mites spawn..etc etc. Body shots would spawn the mites...and if another enemy hangs around them too much..it spreads to them. And for shits and giggles...the user of Outbreak Prime will have a SIVA-mite swarm around them.....swarm will attach to allies when near and will act as a damage buff. Damage buff/debuff will be if your allies have SIVA-mites....they can spread them also...to a lesser extent. Your SIVA-swarm also attachs to enemies if they're in close proximity. SIVA-mites hurt your enemies and don't hurt your allies....incase that needs clarification. SIVA seemed like it was supposed to be a plague...this would make it act as such
