Missing Cold Heart Exotic Preorder Content
I preordered and purchased the Destiny 2 PS4 Pro bundle pack. I redeemed all my codes through PSN Store and received everything but the Cold Heart. I am level 20 and have beaten the campaign, but the Gun Smith is refusing to give me the weapon. I have contacted PlayStation and Game Stop, but they referred me to Bungie. Obviously I cannot contact Bungie because they don't have customer support or a number I can call.
Is anyone else having this issue?
How do I get my weapon?
Who do I contact?

If you are the primary license holder on your console, please check in-game for your Coldheart Exotic Trace Rifle.
