Age of Triumph Commemoration Page
I have been with destiny since the beta. I have played between every expansion and update, but none of my commemoration page nodes are completed. Any one else having this kind of problem. If you have this problem or know how to fix it, please post. I haven't found any other forums with this problem.

I have almost all nodes completed in year 1 triumphs and have the year 2 triumphs book fully completed but still didnt get a completion for either Wolf Breaker or Year of Triumph nodes in age of triumphs book. All other Commemoration nodes show as complete. I moved from PS3 to PS4 around when they reported they were no longer going to support PS3. If you moved from Xbox to PS4 you lost the activities but thats not my situation so I dont know why I'm missing completions.
