How hand cannons work after this patch remains to be seen. All this talk of initial accuracy being Year 1 levels sounds great, but they also mentioned that the bloom after that first shot is even greater now than it was. They looked pretty accurate on the stream, but I will reserve judgment until I try them for myself. I am upset they nerfed range yet again. That damage drop off will make them pretty garbage in PvE. Ugh. We will see.
