Boolean Gemini needs a buff!
Buff the exotic perk.
One way or another: Precision kills increase agility and armor by 1. Increases damage by 6.67%.
Lasts 10 seconds and stacks up to 3 times.
Inb4 someone says it is good enough as it is.

I love how it feels to use, and the perks are unique. I would like the buff from either perk to last slightly longer, but I wouldn't want both perks to be combined. That would be noticeably over-powered.
