The only people I kick are ones whose Music is blaring through their mic. Ain't nobody got time for that. In my experience, males are usually more patient with females than with other males, particularly young males(squeakers). Sounds like you've just been unlucky, maybe they thought you were doing worse than you were, or it may very well be as you suspect. I've also been a part of teams where they kick people to get a friend or clanmate to join, even if the person isn't as good. Good luck finding better people to play with, and you may wanna try being team leader to make sure you're not kicked.
