Went back to catch up in FFXIV. Realised it was better, gear-wise to have stayed away than ground it out. Narrowly avoided our guild house being bulldozed. Released they'd moved our data centre 1000 km closer to me, yet somehow triple my ping. Changed servers, bought three houses with the money returned after demolishing the first. Finished gearing a week later. Now bored, and waiting for Dragon's Dogma at the end of this month. What is it with these game companies? I remember when mmo updates literally took months to clear, and not through bullshit vertical progression.
