So earlier I was switching characters to take part in a raid, and my toddler son turned off the xbox. Now, I can't join any crucible matches or join matchmaking for strike playlists. I cant see anyone in the tower either, and my xbox live is paid. I hear there is no way to directly contact bungie, what's going on?
