My idea is that the player should be able to get elemental weapons but It must be a hard way to get it. Though, you will get an item that lets you put an elemental damage on a legendary or exotic weapon that doesn't have elemental damage . The way to get this item is either from Challenge Mode in the Kings Fall raid or f Trials of Osiris, but the reason it is hard to get it is because the rate of getting the drop is 1/10. This way people can get weapons they like and make it even better. I also have another way of getting the item but it makes it extremely hard to get it, the way to get it is by waiting for a quest that either happens once a month or twice a month. It should take at least 1-3 hours to complete the quest. So once you get the item you will be happy knowing that your favorite weapon will get an element. Also if try to get it from Trials of Osiris you can only get it from the lighthouse. So what do you think of this idea bungie and destiny forums. Leave some more ideas in the comment section.
