When I use Truth, and I pull heavy, I get 3 rockets (it has tripod which makes sense). If I have boots that say carry more ammo for launchers, I get an additional round, so 4 in total. When I use the Suros JBL 47 and I pull heavy, I get two rockets (it has a magazine size of 2). But when I pull heavy with launcher boots on I still only get 2 rockets total. Why? Shouldn't I get an extra rocket in reserve?
