So here's a weird thing that happened to me. I ordered an Armsday package last week and waited patiently until today to redeem it. I saw another thread here that said go to the Gunsmith to redeem the package, but this wouldn't work for me. What happened was that I hit the X (PS4) while talking to the Cryptarch. The package was gone from my inventory and I don't have the weapon. I went to the Gunsmith to see if I can still redeem the weapons there - but he doesn't have anything for me other than new packages crappy weapons and booster packs. Anyone else had that problem and knows how to solve it?
