I was looking to see if anyone has answers on this exotic. I currently own it but I haven't had time to level my warlock to answer my own questions. I look online but of course all the "reviews" and "gameplay" has nothing to do with the helmet, it's just desperate reviewers screaming for views by showing unrelated footage and reading to us the description that we can easily do without them. So anyways my question, what is the super recharge rate when your the last one, and what is the proc chance/duration of the over shield? Thanks
