As "World of Warcraft" has a "Looking For Raid" where you are on a waiting list to attend a raid, Destiny should do the same. Enter a Queue with level requirements and storyline. Wait for an even but random match up and enjoy the hopefully successful raid. No more form searches and everyone has a chance while no one is left behind. I speak from experience lol.
