Dear Bungie, If you want us to use Pulse Rifles more often pls buff those things MORE instead nerfing all the good stuff.. Nerfing the other weapon-classes is not the right way, because those weapons, especially hand cannons and scout rifles are as good as they are now. In fact, they could be even better! The Problem which forces us players to use other weapons than pulse rifles is the fact, that those weapons are in general a big pile of -blam-. They do nearly no damage, have most of the time no useful perks and on top of all have way too small magazines (15 to 21 shots? Seriosly?). A damage increase of 9.5 percent? This will change NOTHING! Even 100 percent of 0 are still 0. Pulse Rilfes will never be played as much as the other weapons, because they are crap as they are now. Point. Give them WAY more basic and crit damage and bigger mags and you will not have to nerf the other weapon classes.
