I've been playing with a scout rifle for several weeks now, NITC, maxed out, and when I patrol Venus, earth, or moon, I always one shot vandals if headshot. As of tonight one headshot is no longer killing them. I felt like I was taking crazy pills at first because I assumed I was missing headshot after headshot since they weren't going down but i came to realize something is indeed different. Unfortunately I don't remember what damage number they were putting up before so I have no numbers to compare it to now... Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this and if so what weapon type you're using. Edit - went to orbit, came back, all good. Still strange though......
