My friends and I were doing the Hard Mode Templar because we wanted a chance at that sweet, sweet Fate Bringer. And after a gorillion wipes we finally killed it...only we did it in about 30(ish?) seconds. We have no idea why this glitch happened but I'd thought I'd share
