If you say that creativity and imagination lessen as we get older than would it be a skill to keep it from doing so?

No. It's not your choice. It's genetics. Studies have shown advanced intelligence and creativity to be mutually exclusive. You're not skilled because you can make shit up. Your brain just works differently.

You may be born with creative genes but it's completely up to you what you do with it. You can either do nothing or choose to work and fine tune it.
