Not sure what the issue is, but I have yet to get any sapphire wire for upgrading armor. I have dismantled armor, made sure my materials inventory is not full (even vaulted some to make sure), but still am not getting any. Have not found any place to buy or sell it, or find it on missions. Really, not even sure what most of the materials are for. Wish there was a better explanation by Bungie on this (or did I just miss it, and if so, could someone please direct me to it).
