There are some pre-requisites, first being crota on hard mode, the second being that you have to have the glowhoo shader equiped, and the third being you cant have done the normal raid on that character yet. Now with the reset coming up i recomend that rather than bashing this post you wait patiently to see for yourself, now keep in mind it is an rng drop, but these conditions have to be met for it to have a chance. Edit: apparently as long as you have the shader on any character. this is confirmed with DBO(Destinybungieonline.com) although no official statement from bungie. Edit: also for those saying it was delayed week one, stfu, you don't know shit. oskyllao had it week one cause he ran the raid twice and had gotten the glowhoo shader on his other character, this added the crux to his loot table. get gud scrubs.
