It seems bungie have seen the error of making Gear better than raid gear available to everyone via marks which meant raiding in the VOG meant nothing and people could just bypass it, I'm glad bungie can see their errors and make corrections, though i'm still wondering why nothing about missing DLC trophies and Achievements is not mentioned (I'm mean for the price of the DLC that should of been in there at least) or armour and weapon skins collection tab this game is in dire need of.
