Sunsinger vs. Voidwalker - Crota Checkpoint Hard
Sunsinger = Self Resurrect
Voidwalker = Energy Drain

I use void walker because I almost never die in the crota checkpoint. I scrub it up in the lantern maze, though.

Depends on you, your setup, and others and their setup. I plan on running Song of Flames with Apo Veil

I use void walker that way I can generate a lot of orbs at once for my teammates when they need them to heal or just use their super.

Sunsinger all the way, never need self res though. I have red death which I'll use with corrective measures(increased ammo drop) when I'm out of heavy. So rarely. Then use helm that heals on super if I ever need it. I refuse to wear the hideous warlock chest so just pop it on when I need a heal and waiting for crota to move, then use my Starfire or HoPF.

It's not all about self Rez, especially for Crota cp. First, no one should be dying anyway, it throws so much off. Second I run sunsinger everytime I'm at Crota and not because of self Rez! It's because of the apotheosis vail helmet and I reduce the cooldown of all my teammates supers when I activate radiance.

I will go with sunsinger. But depends on your team really. I had both times i completed it a team that kept dropping orbs of light. So if i will wear light beyond nemisis when i will try it later today, i will get health back with every orb i pick up.

Both good. For me Voidwalker is better in hard mode because of energy drain.

Void walker. Use nova bomb with vortex to make picking up the sword safer for your teammate.

It is entirely dependent on which exotic helmet you have If you have Obsidian Mind then Voidwalker If you have Apotheosis Veil then Sunsinger If you have Light Beyond Nemesis then whichever subclass you prefer, because more orbs means fewer deaths for everyone Now if you have a Deathsinger's Gaze with the Infusion ability then it opens the door to other exotics and ability synergies: If you have Claws of Ahamkara and selected Lifesteal then Voidwalker If you have Heart of the Praxic Fire and selected Song of Flame then Sunsinger In both cases you should already have Lifesteal or Song of Flame in a raid to begin with; the former heals you with melee ability kills and the latter allows allies to shield/heal themselves with their own special melee abilities dramatically more often.

It'd seem that the purpose of Warlocks for Crota's End is purely to spawn orbs for your teammates. So whichever one you can more effectively use to spawn orbs, the better to you.

1 RispondiIdk man. Cuz when a warlock dies it throws off the strategy, momentum and timing, so even if he does self res it's still like wtf bro. BUT if your team can make up for it and you can self res. you're straight. Voidwalker if you're just a god and never die
