This weapon is perfect as is, just fix the Reserve ammo glitch and remove the lens flare. The reason your guardian moves clunky with this weapon, is because this is a relic of a bygone age, Guardians are unfamiliar with this kind of weapons technology. It would be akin to a navy seal being handed a musket, lead balls, a ram loader and a horn of black powder just before his mission starts. Needless to say, he might not be so familiar with that kind of weapons technology. There should not be any changes, only patches. Fix the ammo glitch. Remove the lens flare. No perks to improve reload or chamber actions. Spend time, learn the gun, practice makes perfect.
