I am not sure where you are talking to these bully's. The only people that I can talk to in game are people from my friends list. You may need to specify where you are meeting these players. If you are seeing posts in this forum about them, don't read the forum. There is basically nothing in this forum which adds to the game play experience. It is just a bunch of people writing posts while they wait for their workday to be over. If they are in destinylfg, well people who are making a party want to have insurance that they will finish it, and you will just have to wait for a group who is willing to take a chance on you.
