Lol? You make it sound like the raid is some impossible time consuming effort. You raid once a week for just over an hour. The gear drops, you equip it and upgrade it and voila - you're level 32. It's not some herculean, time consuming effort. It's nowhere near as hard as vog was either. If you don't raid, don't moan about not being equipped to raid and if you've no intention of gearing for the hard raid, again - don't moan about not getting invited to it.
