I've done half of one normal raid on CE (2 loot checkpoints) and got 2 of the 3 pieces (including enough shards from soloing chests on alts) I need to get to level 32, is it really that hard to get the gear to get to level 32?
Genuine question, I may have got very lucky indeed!

The armour drops way more often than it did back in VOG. There really isn't an excuse to still be 31 right now.
