Give it a few weeks. That will change. The raid is new and everyone is trying to figure out the best way to finish it. Aslo, unlike VOG, this raid is a lvl 33. So all 31's are at a much larger disadvantage then you would think. It would be like doing the VOG on hard more the week it released and being 28. Unlike the VOG, CE is pretty easy up till Crota, and then it get a lot more difficult. A fully maxed Black Hammer on a lvl 32 takes about 6 shots to drop tower boomers. Icebreaker constantly runs out of ammo and you are stuck waiting for it to regen. At lvl 31, a direct hit from a boomer will put you in the red, and no chalice means very few ways to get health back. Wait a few weeks, and in the mean time try to find groups just running the bridges, you can get weapon drops pretty easily that way (solar auto and arc pulse). Or join a good clan, make friends, and let them carry you through. 😄
