Okay and by trying to defend your under level character by playing the responsibility card you're just acknowledging the fact that you literally don't deserve to be there yet.
After all, you have responsibilities.

I have enough time to play the game (been playing since beta) I simply just haven't had enough time to get 32 yet.

you also have only had the time to get 1 char to 20+ over the last 4 months. it doesnt sound like you have time to play this game at the level you want to.
