Bungie is at fault here, not DeeJ. I think a lot of it has to do with Bungie being an old-school company. They don't realize that technology has evolved, and new companies are using customer feedback to improve their games. Bungie simply put up a wall. And at some point we will have to take our money elsewhere. Bungie thinks that remaining silent gives the an aura of greatness.
