I've been with at least 5 different fireteams in the past 4 hours stuck on Crota CP. Every single team either a) shoots at Crota after he is down, b) takes a minute just to drop his shields, c) keeps dying to boomers, d) can't shoot oversoul cause they aren't paying attention, e) doesn't recognize when ogres are coming, or f) no one knows how to use the sword. I've never used the sword before, yet I can pick the damn thing up and make minimal mistakes and still get the job done, yet others make mistakes that costs the team another wipe. Is it really that -blam!-ing hard to do Crota, it's close to the easiest part of the raid. Everyone is 30+ so what's the deal? I'm tired of playing with scrublets that can't do their job. So, if there is ANYONE that has a damn good raid team that legitly needs someone to raid with on a weekly basis as a TEAM and not -blam!- up every damn time, please, consider me because PUGs aren't working. My GT is HartGoesHARD. I know most of you are busy on hardmode but keep me in mind.
