Rest of waking life spent interacting with gadgets, and other creatures (humans, animals) - interactions driven by your values. Get a snazzy gadget because its better. Minimize negative interaction with other creatures. Then you sleep. If you sleep a lot - or less for that matter - a good bed never hurts.
