For PvE: TFWPKY 1969, Vanquisher, or Saterienne Rapier?
Trying to decide on a good Legendary PvE primary I can buy from a vendor and use, at least until I acquire something better through RNG. Which is better and why, and feel free to list any other weapons you think would be better than these three. I have Hand Cannon reload speed increase on my gauntlets by the way. Thanks.

I have a dropped vanquisher and a bought 1969. I love the vanquisher for pvp, but the 1969 absolutely shreks in pve.

2 RisposteThing that sucks about vendor are the perks. I got a TFWPKY and Saterienne Rapier from engram drops from running tons of ROCs. The perks were great for both. The hand cannon has spray and play, Explosive rounds and Mulligan. The scout has Explosive rounds, who's next and range finder.......much better perks then the vendors give....maybe spam run ROC strikes until you get a random if you want to be patient......

1 RispondiI personally have the tfwpky and its a decent handcannon but Vanquisher is a lot better as for the scout rifle (can't spell it lol) my friend has it and from what I've heard and seen it's one of the best scout rifles after tdb but the decision is up to you, I would personally take the Vanquisher.
