I had it on my first character that I deleted due to the fact I didn't edit the looks of my character at all the night the game came out. It was on twilight gap. It was a quad ghallahorn feed while they were capping A and then I popped my gold gun and killed three more. I wish is known how rare this medal was or I would have taken a picture of it.
