So I was thinking since I maxed out bad juju what faction would help out with the warlock's intellect. Went to all factions and decided on new monarchy due to 3 good armor. Since juju is a pulse rifle I wanted gauntlets that reloaded them faster, order gloves does that. Along with it increases your grenades energy with each melee hit. Finally it had intellect that was high and strength that was high. Next I wanted a chest with high int and str they have one, the shrouder of the orderi believe, with increase pulse and sniper ammo. Finally, the boots both have high int and str but one has increase pulse the other has scout. Now if I get the chest piece with increase pulse rifle and the boots with increase pulse rifle ammo do they stack? I don't want to waste 75 on the boots if I can't use the perk.
