I was strolling along on the moon near the Hellmouth, completing some bounties. The sky got dark. Sweet, Public Event time. Kill The Target. Simple enough. I race to go murder this enemy, expecting the typical Captain, Knight, or Wizard. To my surprise, it was a Major Vandal. I forget his name (I'll have to go back and look at my clip), but I know it had "Wolf Rebel" in it. I can only assume that this is a tease for Expansion II: House of Wolves. Have any of you seen The Wolf Rebel yet? I thought it was pretty badass.
