Specifically, the Bloom and Combustion don't work if you killed a Harpy and those abilities were supposed to happen. I haven't checked with the other subclasses yet, but it just seems odd that an ability wouldn't go off just because one monster is special. The Ice Breaker effect still causes the small explosion though.
