I don't see a reason to shame anyone (male or female) for enjoying the same freedoms and responsibilities (which come with those freedoms) that I enjoy. I don't have to explain, justify, or alter my personal life to meet the standards or requirements of anyone else, and I don't believe that anyone else should have to either (or that they should be labeled/ridiculed if they do). If someone is more or less active than you (or than you wish that you could be), then so what? You're only in control of your own actions and the activities of someone else are not your concern.
