Destiny was in the works prior to their Activision deal so it's impossible for Activision to "turn over the work" to Bungie. And unless you're refering to every game with the ability to host a bunch of players at once a MMO I suggest that you stop calling this game a MMO. It's not more of a MMO than online poker is.
