On tower if you go to the shipyard, and go to the woman that sells the ships, to her right is an orange screen, there try to get yourself up on it and then jump to the corner that is like right behind her, (a bit to the left of her) not really the corner but the gap, then spam jump and when you're down just slide all the way ahead and you can see everything getting glitchy, also you can bug yourself so hard you die and respawn instantly without delay.
