For the bridge all you need to do is start the thing and run up to the room where the swordbearer spawns and jump up on one of the "boxes" on the wall and w8 for all the thralls etc despawn then its just to go out and snipe. You can also get up on the building on the opposit side where you start and same thing will happen. They can't be to satisfied about the raid so many glitches and buggs all over the place
