Public Event farming and I see this guy battling this Vandal for quite a long time way off in the distance. I was much higher level than the other guardian, and pulled out my max Ice Breaker to try and show off for this lower level peon. I pumped round after round into that damn Vandal but the bastard wouldn't go down. Only later did I learn of the legend of Randall and knew exactly who it was.
