Game refuses to get to the starting menu
I have been waiting for HOURS for the game to load and all I see is the hex pattern in the corner continue to cycle and roll. All other games play fine. (BF4, COD AW, PvZ GW...) Downloading the DLC appeared to go fine. Rebooting did nothing. Trying while my son was logged in, no difference. Xbox One. the pipe to my house is 50Mbps down and 6Mbps up and it is testing as full speed.

Ive experienced the same thing and sometimes I have to power down power up. Which works. However other times when reboot does not work I even powered down my cable modem and router. Sometimes this routine works too.
