Destiny: Customizing your characters face/appearance after its created
I think that Bungie should add it were you can customize your race, and appearance after you have created your character. They can have you pay with Glimmer or whatever.

I bet this used to be in the game and it was one of the perks that were ripped out along with 50% of the game
