Devils advocate here so don't get crazy. Destiny is online only. Crota isn't meant to kneel till he's dead. So online content is in theory being changed.

Still its no different from the countless other glitches that were in the VoG. You dont see ppl saying that was a violation of terms of service. I personaly dont care if ppl cheese anything in the game or not. But bottom line is its bungies job to quality test the content before going live with it. Nobody is hacking into sony or xbox to change online content... there is no violation of the agreement. If you guys want to be mad at somebody, direct your anger and frustration at the ones who should have already patched the issue.

I don't care if everyone here has no desire to actual complete something and have a sense of pride. It's clearly this generation of entitled gamers. Have it kiddos. As I put and you were unable to understand was "devils advocate" (Google it real quick) and that it was in fact changing the online content. Thank you for making yourself look dumb. Quitting the game in fact changes absolutly ZERO content. So by your logic, if a player had an internet or power outtage at a specific time in the game and was disconnected... he just changed online content and now violated sony and/xbox terms of service? .... lol... sorry but No

Ok man... mister "grandpa" im trying to have an intelligent conversation with you, but your sense of pride from a video game is making it extremely difficult. Allow me to play devils advocate... as you so eloquently put it.. you simply logging in changes online content according to your narrow minded logic, did you violate an agreement? The devs have to assume players have the shittest connections available, because some actually do. maybe you want to contact individual internet service providers and tell them they are ruining your pride and sense of accomplishment from playing a video game? Let me know how they respond... *grabs popcorn and sits back*

How would logging in change content? How has anything I've said say that? Fact is you're altering the game by bypassing a boss fight. If he didn't stay down you wouldn't do it. If someone has shit Internet they shouldn't try to play an online only game. It's gonna lead to a lot of posts on these forums about getting error codes. Also how am I narrow minded? Becuase I don't think outside the box to cut my connection and have everyone wait till I'm back in game to stand over a down crota and tea bag him. If that makes me narrow minded god save the youth.

Same as your standard for someone logging out changing content. Your character wasnt there before you logged in... so did you change content? No, you didnt... likewise you dont change content by logging out, even during a boss fight. Is it a glitch, sure ill give you that. Should bungie patch it, yes they should. I agree with you its not ideal, but where i disagree with you... is i actually dont care what other ppl do in their groups... on their games. I honestly just get irratated at all the posts over this crap when the fault lies in the development.... not the player

Seriously? Yes I've beaten Crota 20 times legit already. He kneels and you kill him yes. He's not meant to stay down the whole time. And if you HAVE to do it that way you're the scrub.

Instead of fixing this shit and creating more bugs (like VoG hard) they should give a drop on the Deathsinger part.. Only thing ive been cheesing thus far is crota, 2 outta 6 times over 3 characters (because my alt, warlock was at 28, so no damage to enemies). PS: dont complain if i can do the Abyss part solo or even the bridge, idgaf if you do that part legit..

That's 5 completions just for guns. Almost all my characters have full raid gear. That's a lot of stuff for a site that says I've beat it 3 times.

Told me it's been beat 6 times for you n it's not that much I guess considering the chests and full completions etc

It also says I've beat the VoG 18 times and the grimoire says 49/50.
