Edit 3: My knowledge focuses more on the exotics because I feel the legendaries are just carbon copies of each other (except Fatebringer I feel it's perk combination make it an exotic.)

I have a maxed fate bringer at 300. I have a DYD with field scout at 331. I have the red ix availible at 331 (has explosive rounds, one of my warlocks has it equipped), and I have immediate access to any vendor hand cannon.
