All I have ever gotten from dead orbit was crap Im rank 20, guess what I got... One. Single. ENERGY At rank 19 I got a single Shard. Come -blam!-ing on man, all I want is the damn "Tha Hanged Man" Shader and then I will never wear the ugly Titan mark again I found out about the 3 shaders you can get at rank 3 with Dead Orbit. Out of all the packages I have ever gotten from them, I never got gear I would keep. I know this is supposed to be RNG but, getting a sole energy as a "reward" is the worst feeling I can ever have For -blam!-s sake, I dismantled a legendary Rocket I found and got 2 energy from it.
