First of all. None of you 'earned' anything. We have all (most) done the raids and you got it randomly. And we didn't. If you win the lottery you didn't earn it. Random.

Sure it is because you get three options every time the exotic bounty thing comes up. So the ball is in your court to choose which one mate :)

By turning in 6 crucible bounties in a row. I've gotten one every time I've done that mate.

Either by luck or repetition, it is still earned. Some of us are just unlucky even in repetition.

You just said luck. Luck is not earned. Sure you could get it by repetition. Or you could not, depends on Random Number Generated. Key word, random.
