Precision kills, ability kills and vanguard rep not registering
I purchased Destiny, pre-owned, on Monday Dec. 22nd. I've never had a single precision kill or ability kill register at the end of missions. It just says 0. I'm now almost at lvl 10 and have no vanguard rep. I've seen people on this forum with a similar issue, but it hasn't been taken care of yet. This is also keeping me from completing bounties.
Reading others replies, I think it may have happened after the 1.1 update.

With regards to the Vanguard Reputation, I was under the impression that you do not start earning Vanguard Reputation until you're a much higher level, though I don't know for sure which level that might be.
