Used to be easy, sold by xur. I had 2 of em I dismantled, but now you're right, don't see it dropped, for sale, etc that much anymore

Xur has never sold Heart of the Praxic Fire. Trust me. I too have been trying to get this chest armor since release day. Can link Xur's complete item history if you don't believe me
