XUR should sell every item for those 2 days at the same price that he usually sells those items.
Everyone could get the item they want (like Xmas gifts) and still have to be real about what they can and can't afford.

It's not a bad idea because you get what you want without getting everything. Those few exotica that you cannot get are obtainable but you have to choose which are higher priority for you. There were 20 exotics on release, there are more now after dlc.
